Privacy Policy

What we collect

Canada Finances is a static website. We do not collect personal information, require account creation, or use login systems. The calculators run entirely in your browser — no inputs are sent to any server.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. Your theme preference (light/dark) and calculator mode (ELI5/Pro) are stored in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare Pages — hosts the site. Cloudflare may log IP addresses in server logs per their privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — serves the Fraunces and Manrope typefaces. Google may log font requests per their privacy policy.
• Google AdSense — may display ads and use cookies for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings.
• Pagefind — powers on-site search. Runs entirely in your browser with no server calls.

Your choices

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work without them. You can also use ad-blocking extensions if you prefer not to see advertisements.
